What is the Ilana Goor Museum?
Israeli artist and designer Ilana Goor bought an 18th-century hostel near Jaffa port in 1995 and turned it into her home and museum. Today it displays about 500 works: her own sculptures, furniture and jewelry alongside pieces she collected around the world, including African and Latin American art, antiques and contemporary design. The building itself, with its stone arches and sea views, is part of the experience.
