The purchase and use of the Go Israel Cards (“the Card”) are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By purchasing or using the Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Card Package & Validity
The Package: The Card includes one-time admission to the specified museums (e.g., Tel Aviv Museum of Art, ANU – Museum of the Jewish People, Eretz Israel Museum) and the designated Trail (e.g., Independence Trail with interactive tablet rental), and further attractions as explicitly advertised in each card..
Validity Period: The Card is valid for a defined number of days (e.g., 4 consecutive days, 7 consecutive days, 14 consecutive days, or until a specific end date) starting from the date of the first usage at any included attraction (museum or trail).
One-Time Entry: The Card permits a single, one-time entry to each included museum and one rental/use of the interactive trail guide. Subsequent entry to the same attraction is not permitted with the same Card.
Price: The price of the card is as published and is non-negotiable.
2. Purchase, Collection, and Use
Eligibility: The Card is primarily intended for individual tourists and visitors. Resale is strictly prohibited.
Collection/Delivery: The Card can be collected at designated Tourist Information Centers, partner hotel lobbies, or other specific pick-up points upon presentation of the purchase confirmation (e-mail/voucher) and a valid photo ID.
Activation: The Card is activated automatically upon its first scan at the entrance of any of the included attractions.
Loss or Theft: The Card is non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Treat it as cash.
Attraction Closures: While every effort is made to ensure all listed attractions are available, Card holders are responsible for checking the operating hours, special event closures, or holiday schedules for each site before visiting. No refunds or extensions will be given due to temporary closure or limited operation of any single site.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy: Purchases may be cancelled for a full refund within fourteen (7) days of the purchase date, provided the Card has not been activated (used) at any attraction.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee, which shall not exceed 5% of the transaction price may be charged for cancellations requested in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Activated Cards: No refunds will be issued for Cards that have been activated or used at one or more included attractions.
How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (via email) to the Card issuer’s customer service.
4. General Conditions
Third-Party Liability: The Card issuer acts solely as a distributor/reseller of the package. It is not responsible for the operation, quality of service, or safety at the individual third-party attractions (museums, trail operators, etc).
Change of Terms: The Card issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to the purchased Card.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of the Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
